The ideal candidate will be a qualified PBS Practitioner with significant experience in delivering training or a qualified trainer or training manager with excellent knowledge of positive behaviour support and 2 years’ experience delivering care and support under a PBS framework. As a Postive Behaviour Support Lead, you’ll lead the team to care for our residents like they’re own family.
