Luxury Hotel & Leisure Group in the Lake District are seeking a People Business Partner with strong Employee Relations experience to join their People & Culture Team. You’ll partner with managers to resolve ER matters, drive best practice, and help create a positive, high-performing workplace.
Package:
Location: Near Ambleside (own transport suggested)
Basic Salary: £34,000 to £38,000 + Benefits

What you’ll be doing:
* Lead on ER cases including disciplinary grievances, and performance
* Provide expert, practical advice to managers
* Ensure policies are compliant, up to date, and consistently applied
* Support onboarding, development, and engagement with Recruitment & L&D
* Coach managers on people management and employment law
* Contribute to wider HR projects and continuous improvement
About You:
* CIPD Level 5 (or working towards)
* ER experience in a fast-paced environment (hospitality ideal)
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law
* Confident managing complex cases
* Excellent communication and stakeholder skills with the ability to influence at all levels
