Were seeking passionate individuals who take pride in their knowledge of M&S Food products and are excited to share it with our customers. Youll be a brand ambassador ready to recommend our newest Food products. Through remarkable service youll make sure our customers feel truly valued every time they shop with us.
Responsibilities
* Serve customers efficiently on the shop floor and at service points.
* Keep the store clean and tidy, ensuring shelves are always stocked.
* Monitor and deliver daily sales targets, priorities, promotions and selling opportunities.
* Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, make recommendations and deliver remarkable service throughout their visit.
* Build expert product knowledge to sell and recommend our products and services.
* Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience.
* Work effectively across various areas of the store, adapting to changing demands.
* Take responsibility for creating a great inclusive store environment, supporting and respecting colleagues and the local community.
* Flexibility to work across store areas and adapt to changing demands of the retail environment.

Salary & Conditions
+ £3.00 p/h unsocial premium is only added on any hours worked between 22:00-06:00.
