Our client, a global asset manager is looking to expand their product development & strategy team. This role will primarily focus on supporting with the development and launch of new products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive and support the end-to-end fund development process, from initial concept through to launch and ongoing product enhancements
* Manage product changes, oversee approvals, documentation, and governance processes for fund launches, closures, mergers and regulatory updates
* Conduct market research, feasibility assessments and competitor analysis to inform product strategy
* Prepare and present materials for product governance committees
* Act as a primary contact for internal stakeholders and external partners
* Support Client teams with fund-related information, due diligence responses and investor communications
* Prepare, review and maintain fund documentation such as prospectuses, KIIDs, supplements and regulatory filings
* Assist senior product leadership on ad-hoc projects and strategic initiatives as required
Candidate requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar product roles within asset management industry
* Proven experience in developing and implementing fund changes
* Strong understanding of investment fund structures, including UCITS, AIFs, OEICs
* Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
* Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders and external partners
* Strong stakeholder management skills
* Demonstrates integrity, professionalism and reliability
