Position
An opportunity has arisen for a permanent Clinical Nurse Manager at Maybole Health Centre/Girvan Community Hospital.
What you will do:
You will lead on relevant areas of transformational change and be expected to take this forward in an inclusive manner, creating and embedding the right conditions and support for innovation and change. The post-holder will provide professional and managerial leadership in line with nursing standards and governance frameworks.

Knowledge, training and/or experience required to do the job:
• Registered Nurse with the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC);
• Graduate, Masters Level or have evidence of higher education/equivalent experience;
• Demonstration of Management Competencies;
• Demonstrate management success;
• Demonstrate leadership competencies;
• Interpersonal and negotiating skills to deal with a range of challenging situations including interpretation of data and decision making;
• Demonstrable continuous professional development;
• Demonstrate research and development skills.
Hours:
37 per week
UK Driving Licence:
UK Car licence is essential to this role.
