Overview
Jo Malone London – Selfridges Birmingham – Christmas Stylist – Various Hours. The role involves bringing the brand’s generosity to life within our boutiques through exceptional customer service. The Stylist will entertain visitors from across the globe and showcase The World of Jo Malone London to customers, global colleagues, and corporate clients and media contacts. Activities include the signature Hand and Arm massage, hosting wedding consultations, floral crowns, graffiti, chocolate tasting and cocktail master classes.
The primary responsibility is to provide outstanding customer service to each customer and to deliver on service goals. Other responsibilities include maintaining the store environment, operations, assisting with opening and closing of the Boutique and housekeeping duties. The Stylist will understand their individual sales and service goals.

* Support the execution of in-store events
* Awareness of stock and inventory
* Maintain high visual merchandising (VM) standards and work environment
* Be aware of competitor activity and drive an omni-channel approach
* Adhere to brand grooming guidelines
* Maintain a high standard of housekeeping

* The ideal candidate will be warm, kind and friendly, with a can-do attitude and a passion for service and storytelling
* Adaptable, versatile, gracious and well-groomed with a clean, crisp image
* Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
* Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment
* Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview
Qualifications
* While a qualification in make-up artistry/retail make-up experience is preferred, applicants with amateur level experience who demonstrate high creative and technical expertise are welcome
* All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
* Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events
* Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
* Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview
