In this role you'll be working with a multi-disciplinary team that will support you and help you succeed.
Hours
Monday to Friday: 06:45 - 18:15 or 06:45 - 20:15. Weekends: 07:45 - 18:15.
Salary
You’ll receive a bank hourly rate of £23.83 (weekdays) and £25.68 (weekends).

Main duties
As a Bank Paramedic, your responsibilities will vary. You will:
* Provide outstanding evidence-based care to our patients, seeking out, listening to and acting on their feedback so that care is personalised and informed by what matters to them – focusing on emergency and unplanned care for patients with both primary care and acute care needs.
* Deliver non-judgemental care, building therapeutic relationships and promoting professional boundaries.
* Be actively involved in the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care following our policies and procedures, always considering safeguarding.

Requirements
* Current HCPC professional registration
* Proven post-registration ambulance experience
* Evidence of continued professional development
* A non-judgemental and compassionate approach
* Proven experience in either Accident & Emergency, Primary Care environments or Minor injuries/illness
Although not essential, ideal applicants would have experience in a hospital, community or prison environment.
