Are you a driven, energetic, and commercially sharp Sales Development Representative looking to build your career? We are recruiting on behalf of a fast‑growing technology organisation seeking a talented SDR to generate high‑quality pipeline across three major growth areas:
Mid-Market Private Sector & System Integration
Education IT & Esports for Education
Business Continuity & Resilience Services
This is a pure pipeline generation role—no quoting, no closing. Your mission is simple: identify, qualify, and book high‑quality meetings for the sales team.
What You’ll Be Doing
Pipeline Creation
* Generate new business opportunities through outbound calling, LinkedIn outreach, email sequences, and campaign follow-up
* Build targeted prospect lists across private sector and education markets
* Identify key decision-makers and initiate meaningful conversations
Qualification
* Uncover need, commercial fit, and stakeholder engagement
* Validate timing and organisational suitability
* Book qualified meetings for Account Managers
* Maintain accurate CRM records (Dynamics)
Campaign Collaboration
* Work with Marketing and Sales Leadership to:
* Develop outreach campaigns
* Leverage automation and AI-driven tools
* Create sector-specific messaging
* Analyse engagement data to refine approach

* A consistent flow of qualified, attended meetings
* High acceptance rate from the sales team
* Pipeline generated across all three strategic pillars
* Strong CRM discipline and structured follow-up

About You
Sales & Lead Generation
In order to be successful, you should have a background and experience in B2B outbound sales, lead generation, telemarketing, recruitment, or appointment setting.
You should be confident making high outbound call volumes, proven ability to generate meetings and qualify opportunities. You will also need strong objection handling and resilience.
Communication & Commercial Skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* Strong questioning and listening skills
* Ability to identify commercially relevant opportunities
* Professional when engaging senior stakeholders
Industry & Technical Awareness
* Understanding of IT solutions or managed services (desirable, not essential)
* Willingness to learn: Managed Services, Education IT, Business Continuity
Organisation & Systems
* Strong time management and prioritisation
* Disciplined CRM usage
* Competent with Microsoft 365
* Comfortable using LinkedIn and sales automation tools
