Qualifications
* Is an experienced senior leader (e.g. Deputy Head, Assistant Head, or equivalent), or an existing Head of School
* Has a strong track record of raising standards and improving outcomes
* Thinks strategically while maintaining a clear focus on effective day-to-day leadership

* Communicate effectively with staff, pupils, and families
