The Opportunity… The UK Sports Institute have an exciting opportunity for a Service Desk Agent on a full time basis - Fixed Term 31st March 2026 A snapshot of the role… Join the UKSI Information Systems (IS) team and play a key role in delivering exceptional technical support across the organisation. You will provide high-quality assistance, advice and request fulfilment via phone, email and other channels, as well as hands-on support at our sites. You’ll ensure all issues are logged accurately within our online Ticketing System, escalating incidents where required and working collaboratively with S2 resolvers to maintain service performance. The role also includes administering Azure Active Directory and MS Exchange, alongside troubleshooting across the Microsoft 365 suite.
