Job Description for the Business Development Executive: As part of the Sales & Marketing Team ensuring the company has the right size pipeline filled with the right type and size of projects. Utilising the CRM database to contact new and lapsed clients to reminded them of the clients services. Lead generation and keeping in touch with clients re ongoing projects. Booking appointments for client visits for the Sales Director - approximately 10 15 per week in a geographical area. Building long term relationships with Architects, Quantity Surveyors for new and repeat business with feature staircases. Ensuring a close liaison with the leading contractors within the specific markets. Working to company targets. Being an ambassador for the group and demonstrating contribution to the Vision and Mission and living the values. Key Attributes for the Business Development Executive: Must be comfortable working with a CRM system and database. Able to demonstrate working to, and achieving, personal targets. Possess first class communication skills and be comfortable with cold calling. Be a team player, organised and proactive. Hours and Salary: Monday to Friday Choice of day shifts hours. Option for hybrid working after successful probation has been passed (1-2 days at home) £35,000 - £45,000 Per Annum. Company bonus.
