Job Overview
The MacKintosh Centre supports the residential care of up to 8 residents. Applications are invited from individuals committed to providing person-centred care that promotes quality of life and maximises independence for all service users.
Key Responsibilities
1. Act as a key worker for residents, develop and review care plans, administer medication, and support reablement for both short-term and long-term residents.
2. Organise and support social activities and outings to enhance residents' quality of life.
3. Act as shift lead and take charge of the care home as necessary.
4. Obtain SVQ 3 in Health & Social Care (essential).
