Job Description
3. Provide administrative and organisational support to policy teams.
4. Assist in the preparation and distribution of documents, reports, and meeting agendas.

6. Maintain accurate records and databases to support policy projects.
7. Respond to internal and external enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
8. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the smooth flow of information and resources.
9. Support the monitoring and reporting of policy progress and outcomes.
10. Contribute to the improvement of administrative processes within the department.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Policy Support Officer should have:
11. A strong background in administrative or secretarial support, ideally in the public sector.
12. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
13. Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
14. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
15. The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads efficiently.
16. A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
17. An understanding of or interest in public sector policies and procedures.
