THE TEAM
You will be joining a dynamic team dedicated to driving easyJet’s aviation retail growth strategy through effective partnerships and supplier management.
THE ROLE
As the Inflight Retail Partnership Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering our ambitious aviation retail growth strategy. You will manage a complex network of trusted catering and retail partners, overseeing third party supplier agreements and ensuring best in class service and value.
Your responsibilities will include:
> Leading Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) forums to enhance operational performance and partner collaboration.
> Monitor suppliers’ performance against deliverables, SLAs, KPIs, and contractual commitments
> Manage and mitigate contractual risks to easyJet, escalating issues where appropriate
> Lead contractual change control, recommending revisions in response to service needs, fee updates, regulatory changes or strategic requirements.
> Support RFP activity and future contract design to ensure obligations reflect the evolved operating model, protect easyJet’s commercial position and align with easyJet’s strategic priorities.
