ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a passionate and industry-experienced Programme Tutor in Electrical Installations to deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment to students across a range of programmes. You will support learners to develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours needed to achieve their qualifications and progress successfully into further study or employment. Working as part of a collaborative curriculum team, you will contribute to an inclusive and supportive learning environment that enables all students to reach their full potential.

Interviews are planned to take place week commencing 22nd June 2026.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role you will:

* Deliver engaging teaching, learning and assessment that supports student achievement and progression.
* Plan and deliver inclusive lessons that meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEND.
* Monitor learner attendance, progress and achievement, taking appropriate action where required.
* Maintain accurate learner records and contribute to quality assurance processes.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and support teams to deliver an outstanding learner experience.
* Carry out duties in line with College policies and procedures, including safeguarding and equality commitments
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:

* Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation or Advanced Craft Certificate in Electrical Installation.
* Recognised teaching qualification at Level 5 or above.
* Minimum of 5 years' relevant industry experience within Electrical Installation.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
* Experience of delivering or supporting teaching, learning and assessment within an educational or training environment.
