Job Opportunity: Electrical Trainers
We are seeking 6 Electrical Trainers to join our international energy and services client in delivering technical training for external engineers. This role offers a minimum of 10 days of work each month with additional ad hoc opportunities, based anywhere from the locations noted.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality technical training related to electrical engineering
* Manage training groups and oversee learning progression
* Achieve performance targets related to success rates and qualification completion
* Handle administration tasks for assessments and quality assurance
* Promote safety and act as a role model in safety practices
* Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, fostering an inclusive workplace culture
* Maintain and develop your professional skills and knowledge in line with industry standards
* Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective training delivery
Requirements
* Electrical Installation and Maintenance NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent)
* 18th Edition wiring regulations
* Inspection and Testing certification
* Experience in training or mentoring others
* Qualifications for specific accredited courses are advantageous
* Knowledge of green skills technologies
* Understanding of safeguarding requirements
