Job Description: Reactive Supervisor

Reporting to the Reactive Delivery Manager, you will supervise and lead a team of highly skilled fire engineers in a fault and reactive environment focused on fire systems (detection and suppression) on the 1FM Fire contract. While supporting Telent UK, this role primarily focuses on the Asset Management department, bridging field services and management teams to ensure cohesive workflow. The role involves working days, on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern from 7am to 7pm, based at our Pirin Court Depot, E16 4TL.
Reactive Supervisor Responsibilities:
* Lead and supervise a team of 5 fire engineers in fault and reactive work related to fire detection and suppression systems on the London Underground for the 1FM Contract.
* Manage resource availability to carry out planned maintenance efficiently.
* Ensure high standards of work completion by engineers, aligned with operational plans.
* Schedule and monitor works to maintain compliance.
* Use ServiceNow for daily, weekly, and periodic reports on task progress and efficiencies.
* Engage daily with stakeholders to update the contract and operations teams on issues and progress.
* Support and direct on-site escalations as needed.
Candidate Profile:
We seek an experienced Supervisor familiar with fault and reactive environments for fire systems, preferably with London Underground or Network Rail experience. The ideal candidate can manage, schedule, and monitor works in a busy, reactive setting.
Key Requirements:
* Availability to work days, 4 on 4 off shifts, from 7am to 7pm.
* Previous experience leading fire engineers in single or multi-site maintenance.
* Experience within a Fire Maintenance environment or London Underground/Network Rail.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
* Drug & Alcohol testing clearance required.
