The role focuses on empowering residents to achieve their potential through a strengths-based, Advantaged Thinking approach, recognising talents, abilities and future opportunities rather than focusing solely on challenges. You will work alongside individuals who may have experienced homelessness, trauma, social exclusion or multiple disadvantage. Through relationship-based support, advocacy and practical guidance, you will help residents move towards greater independence and long-term stability. This role combines housing management responsibilities with person-centred support and multi-agency partnership working.
