Currently recruiting for x2 excellent administrators who have strong communication and organisational skills to work on the Post Office IT Inquiry on an interim basis. These roles are with an immediate start, based in Aldwych and offers hybrid working.
These roles will be working in The Public Contact & Information Management (PCIM) function, which is the public-facing element of the Inquiry and is responsible for the handling, processing and managing queries from members of the public. In addition, it is responsible for handling information management related matters, including records retention, storage and destruction matters.
Key Responsibilities:

2. Engage with members of the public with confidence and ease, to answer questions relating to the Inquiry by handling Inquiry phone line and emails, as appropriate
3. Review, respond and redirect correspondence to individual teams, as appropriate, including escalation to appropriate senior Inquiry lead.
4. Monitor and manage the Inquiry's Outlook, SharePoint and other information channels to maintain consistency and high-quality standards.
