As an MBA Talent Partner, you’ll play a key role in executing our recruitment strategy by collaborating closely with the Head of Group Strategy and the Head of International Pricing, as well as with leading business schools worldwide. Your focus will be on attracting, engaging, and recruiting top candidates for our MBA Future Leader Programmes.
Our MBA programmes aim to attract and develop exceptional talent to grow into senior leadership roles that support our strategic pillars. Established by our founders, these programmes have a proven track record of nurturing top talent into impactful roles within Admiral, including our Group CEO Milena Mondini. Key responsibilities:
1. Support and coordinate the recruitment cycles of our MBA Future Leader Programmes.
2. Identify, screen, and interview candidates to build a strong talent pipeline.
3. Manage the end-to-end candidate experience from initial interview through onboarding.
4. Strengthen relationships with key partner schools in Europe by facilitating and attending campus events, and providing regular updates.
5. Communicate with business leaders, sharing progress, addressing blockers, and advising on recruitment strategies.
6. Develop and test alternative recruitment channels and approaches for better outcomes.
7. Oversee candidate onboarding, including relocation support and induction programmes.
8. Support the Senior Talent Partner in continuous process improvement.
Essential skills & experience:
1. Experience in MBA recruitment markets.
2. Experience advising or working with senior leaders, with influencing skills.
3. Excellent communication skills and relationship-building at all levels.
4. Strong organisational skills with a focus on simplifying tasks.
5. Ability to articulate the wider group strategy to senior audiences.
6. Hands-on approach, open to testing and learning new strategies.
7. Proven results in meeting recruitment goals and advising leadership.
8. Ability to influence and persuade while embracing an open, flat organisational structure.
Desirable skills & experience:
* Proficiency in French, Spanish, or Italian is a plus but not required.
Location:
You will be expected to travel to our Cardiff office once a week, typically on Wednesdays, and occasionally to our European business school partners.
