Job responsibilities
To work with the CNIO and other DCNIO's in partner organisations to optimise the electronic patient record in a way that supports the delivery of high quality and cost effective pathways and services.
Ensure clinical adoption and engagement in the use of technology, particularly amongst the nursing and midwifery workforce.
Assists in the management of business cases and finance in digital nursing across the North West London Integrated Care System.
Develop clinical information systems that support the delivery of nursing and how this is reflected in the electronic patient record.
Assists in continued monitoring of patient experience and harm free care by ward teams.
Provide professional and digital health leadership alongside the CNIO for nursing and midwifery staff at the Trust.
Main duties of the job
Provide digital expertise to lead nurses in the clinical divisions across the Trust.
Lead on projects assigned by the CNIO to optimise the delivery of the electronic patient record
Propose enhancements to the electronic patient record based on investigations and incidents that have occurred at the Trust.
Represent digital nursing at Trust meetings.

Evidence of continuing professional development
Educated to postgraduate degree level or equivalent experience
