ERP/Salesforce Change Manager required. Due to ccontinued project wins my client, a superb Change Consultancy are looking for a Change Manager with specific experiene around ERP and Salesforce Change Programmes. We have a fantastic opportunity to expand our clients team. They are seeking an experienced, structured, warm, team player Change Manager to lead the change workstream of a global ERP and Salesforce transformation for one of our clients. This role is critical in ensuring business adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working across multiple regions and business units.
You'll partner closely with global business process owners and a dedicated project team to drive end-to-end change management activities, beginning with a pilot before expanding across Europe and APAC.
Key Responsibilities
Change Leadership & Strategy
o Lead the change management workstream for ERP (IFS) and Salesforce
deployments.
o Define and execute change strategies that cover process, data, and systems
integration.
o Act as a strong advocate for change, ensuring adoption across complex
stakeholder groups.
Discovery & Gap Analysis
o Run structured discovery and gap analysis activities (4–6 weeks per region).
o Capture and translate business impacts into actionable change interventions.
o Document findings and generate clear outputs: “This is what we’ve heard,
and this is what we’re going to do about it.”
Stakeholder Engagement
o Facilitate workshops and interviews to understand end-to-end process
changes (e.g., prospect-to-order, order-to-cash, record-to-report).
o Tease out hidden impacts such as back-office process shifts (e.g., purchase
orders where none were required before).
o Influence and align senior stakeholders across multiple SBUs.
Deployment & Adoption Work closely with Change Managers in deployment teams, who will follow
behind to deploy the change strategy your team defines
Collaboration & Team Leadership
o Work with a mini team: Project Manager, Data & Integration Lead, and
Process Analyst.
o Leverage global business process owners for additional expertise.
o Report back into the main programme to align with global design.
Requirements
Experience
o Proven track record delivering change management in ERP transformations
(IFS experience desirable but not essential).
o Strong understanding of Salesforce deployments within industrial,
manufacturing, or field services contexts.
o Demonstrated ability to work across all processes: prospect-to-order, order-
to-cash, record-to-report.
Skills
o Structured – able to challenge, and influence a move to global way of

o Exceptional stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
o Ability to identify, articulate, and address change impacts across end-to-end
processes.
o Skilled at producing tangible change deliverables and outputs
