Duties & Responsibilities
* The Internal Sales Executive will be responsible for following up on inbound leads generated through marketing and partnerships.
* Proactively making outbound calls and emails to generate new sales opportunities.
* Qualifying prospects and arranging meetings for the Sales Manager where appropriate.
* Present and explain solutions confidently to potential customers.
* Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations and deals in the CRM.
* Work towards achieving monthly sales targets while delivering strong customer service.
Experience & Skills needed
* Previous experience in a similar sales-focused role.
* Confidence communicating professionally by phone and email.
* Experience of working towards sales targets and KPIs.
* Ability to work in an fast-moving, start-up style environment.
* Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail.
* Uncapped commission.
