Duties
* Managing and supervising internal trade contractors.
* Conducting quality inspections and snagging.
* Ensuring health and safety regulations are strictly followed.
* Coordinating with the Site Manager and other team members to maintain project schedules.
* Motivating and leading site personnel to achieve project goals.
* Liaising with the project team to resolve any on‑site issues.
* Inspecting and approving materials and workmanship.
* Reporting on progress and performance to the Site Manager.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years experience working for residential developers or main contractors on new build residential schemes.
* CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid certificates.
* Applicants who have either progressed from a trades background and/or hold a degree related to construction.
