Join a supportive and forward-thinking A Level team committed to delivering an engaging, career-focused curriculum. You’ll play a key role in inspiring students through high-quality teaching, with opportunities to contribute to specialist areas such as forensic, marine, and environmental science. Alongside teaching, you’ll support learners as a personal tutor, helping them achieve their full potential in an inclusive and collaborative environment. This exciting role will include: Delivering across a range of Applied Science programmes, including BTEC Applied Science, with opportunities to contribute to specialist areas such as Marine Science & Environmental Science. Providing pastoral support as a personal tutor, supporting students’ academic progress and wellbeing. Engaging and inspiring students through high-quality, inclusive, and student-centred delivery. Sharing your subject expertise, passion, and any relevant industry insight to bring learning to life. If you can demonstrate the following, then we’d love to hear from you: Relevant experience – either within teaching or in a science-based industry (e.g. applied, environmental, forensic, or marine sectors). A strong commitment to delivering high-quality, student-centred teaching and learning. A relevant degree in a science-related discipline. Teaching experience within Further Education is desirable but not essential. The ability or willingness to contribute to specialist areas such as marine, and/or environmental science would be highly advantageous.
