Our client, a highly regarded law firm in Tonbridge, offers the opportunity to work on a quality residential conveyancing caseload, with genuine progression prospects and a supportive, collaborative environment.
The Opportunity
Location: Tonbridge, Kent (office‑based with flexible working options)
Salary:£45,000–£55,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm

Key Responsibilities
* Manage your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion
* Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors
* Draft and review contracts, transfer deeds, and associated documents
* Conduct title checks, searches, and due diligence
* Ensure compliance with regulatory and firm standards
What We’re Looking For
* 3–6 years’ experience in residential conveyancing (PQE or equivalent)
* Proven background in UK private practice
* Strong technical knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Confident communicator with a client‑focused approach
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
* Relevant legal qualification (Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or equivalent)
