Job Title: Head of Engineering

What will you be doing?
* Leading a strong, multi-disciplinary team to deliver class-compliant, manufacturable designs.
* Driving the full engineering lifecycle - from concept to delivery, testing, and handover.
* Owning the product roadmap and ensuring all engineering activity aligns with delivery milestones.
* Collaborating with external stakeholders including shipyards, manufacturers, and class societies.
* Shaping a vibrant, motivated, and delivery-focused engineering culture.
Are you the ideal candidate?
* 10+ years of leadership across mechanical, electrical, and systems engineering functions.
* Degree-qualified with full lifecycle product experience and a determined focus on safety and compliance.
* Experienced in managing verification, validation, and certification processes.
* Exposure to marine engineering or wind propulsion systems is a plus.
* Chartered Engineer status (or equivalent) is preferred.
