Desired Requirements

* Self-organised, proactive and intuitive.
* A good understanding of computer software (e.g. Excel/Sheets, email automation etc).
* Experience working in the hospitality/food industry.
* Confident speaking to customers on the phone.
* Energetic, excited and eagerness to get stuck in.


Wish List Requirements

* Experience in a customer success and/or sales role.
* Experience with any CRM/CSM tool (e.g. Hubspot, Vitally, Salesforce, Zendesk, Intercom or similar).

Leafe are looking for a Customer Success Representative to join our team in central Bristol! We’re a food-tech start up looking to make chefs and hospitality people’s lives less stressful by allowing them to manage their entire operation from one easy-to-use app.

While Leafe focuses mainly on tech solutions, we have deep roots in hospitality and with this in mind, we’ve created an approach to doing what we do that retains all the good parts of working in the hospitality industry. We work hard, adapt to fit what is best for the team and most importantly, keep the corporate smoke-and-mirrors to an absolute minimum. It ensures your mental health is prioritised and that you’re well rested (and rewarded!) for your work with us.

Being a member of the Customer Success Team will mean you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers and guiding users through their onboarding experience. You will be a strong personality in our movement for good food! As we’re a startup, your role will shift with your skillsets, and you will be an integral part of the team as we expand.
