Member Learning Coordinator
Our client, a national sporting body, is seeking a Member Learning Coordinator to coordinate, plan, and track the involvement of members in training, qualifications, events, and other online learning resources.
The Role:
The purpose of this role is to create and provide opportunities for all full members to access relevant training and education, reflective of the knowledge and skills demanded by the various roles that they undertake within the industry. The role also involves overseeing the process of recognising, accrediting, and recording the personal development of each member.
Duties and responsibilities include:
* Developing, delivering, and maintaining the organisation's digital learning platform to enable members to engage in online learning opportunities and plan their own personal and career development.
* Coordinating the delivery of an annual programme of personal development opportunities for all members.
* Identifying potential relevant qualifications and certifications relating to roles within the industry.
* Negotiating the supply of relevant courses and qualifications from external providers, ensuring the maintenance of any service level agreements.
* Overseeing the smooth delivery of all Member education events held at the National Training Academy and online.
Ideal Candidate:
An ideal Member Learning Coordinator will have:
* Experience with learning systems
* Knowledge and passion for golf
* Experience of providing development support to organisations
* Experience in developing, implementing, and managing training programmes (desirable)
* Good IT skills and proactive nature
* Ability to commute to Sutton Coldfield on a hybrid basis
