THE ROLE
We have a significant opportunity for a Corporate Lawyer 6 - 7 PQE to join an award-winning team
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious lawyer to play a key role in a fast-growing practice advising on domestic and international financial sponsor transactions
The role will involve;-
Advising on the structuring, negotiation, and execution of financial sponsor transactions with a focus on private equity investments, acquisitions and exits
Drafting and negotiation of documentation including SPAs
Playing an active role in business development initiatives
Contribution to knowledge management
Mentoring and supervision of junior team members
THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this high profile role, you will have a first-rate academic record and broad experience of financial sponsor transactions gained working for a leading law firm
You will be ready to take the next step in your career leading deals, reporting directly to partners and counsel
You must also possess the technical and commercial skills to take on a high degree of responsibility and manage a complex and challenging workload
