Your new roleIn your new role as Civils Supervisor, you will manage the safe and efficient delivery of surfacing works across multiple sites.
Key responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day site operations and support Contracts Managers with planning
* Lead on-site teams, delivering daily briefings and maintaining clear communication
* Order materials and equipment to ensure smooth project delivery
* Monitor progress, conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards are met
* Complete daily reports and address any issues affecting programme or performance
* Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental procedures
What you'll need to succeed
* Experience as a Supervisor within surfacing, highways or civil engineering
* Construction Management qualification (desirable)
* SMSTS (minimum SSSTS)
* Valid CSCS card
* Strong experience in asphalt, road-laying or civils operations
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Strong understanding of Health, Safety and Environmental procedures
