Talent Acquisition Administrator Hybrid working, Newcastle based £25,000 to £30,000 Basic depending on experience Lookers have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Administrator, as part of a team supporting four Talent Acquisition Specialists. Ideally you will be based near our Newcastle office, but the role is flexible to operate on a hybrid working basis to combine home and office working. As a Talent Acquisition Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the end-to-end recruitment process. From posting job adverts to coordinating interviews and onboarding new starters, you’ll ensure a smooth and professional experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. Responsibilities: Draft and post job adverts across multiple platforms. Schedule interviews and liaise with candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS). Support pre-employment checks and onboarding processes. Assist with recruitment reporting and data management. Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team. Essential Previous experience in an administrative or recruitment support role. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication. High attention to detail and accuracy. Confident using Microsoft Office and recruitment systems (ATS experience a plus). A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
