Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our new Norwich showroom. This is a 20-hour per week role with weekend availability. You will be the first point of contact for customers, offering inspirational ideas to meet their needs and ensuring a memorable shopping experience.
1. Welcome customers warmly, encouraging them to browse and enjoy the store.
2. Maintain high showroom standards and visual merchandising.
3. Assist customers by understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions.
4. Follow up on sales quotations, process orders accurately, and keep customer records updated.
5. Represent sofa.com positively, embodying our culture and standards.
6. Continuously update product knowledge and interior trends.
Qualifications
1. Retail experience, preferably with interiors or furniture.
2. Strong sales skills and trend awareness to support customer styling.
3. Ambitious, confident, and proactive attitude.
4. Enthusiastic with a commitment to excellent customer service.
5. Team-oriented with innovative ideas.
6. Proficiency in MS Office and IT skills.
