This role is ideal for an enthusiastic, organised individual who is confident with IT systems and eager to become an integral part of a fast-paced and supportive team. The position is full-time, Monday to Friday. The ARMS service is a busy mental health service providing support across Essex. Take minutes at weekly MDT meetings Respond promptly to all incoming telephone calls/fax/emails to ensure urgent matters are dealt with promptly with messages recorded and relayed accurately. Monitoring voicemail and dealing with call backs promptly including cancellations/rescheduling of appointments. To assist in course administration. Contacting service users by telephone. Dealing with enquiries to the services by patients and their family, health professionals. Attention to detail is vital in this work at all stages of data entry, taking and recording messages and communications within the service.
