Job Title: Children's Residential Support Worker
Reports to: Registered Homes Manager
Contract Type: Full time, permanent
Location: Bishops Stortford
Salary: £12.50-£14.50 per hour

What You'll Do:
* Support and encourage young people to reach their full potential.
* Create a warm, safe and tidy home environment that promotes wellbeing.
* Build trust whilst maintaining professional boundaries.
* Empower young people to develop skills such as cooking, travel, and self-care.
* Support care planning - contribute to risk assessments, positive behaviour plans, and individual goals.
* Keep accurate, reflective records and complete effective shift handovers.
* Administer medication, manage petty cash responsibly and ensure safety checks are completed.
* Drive company vehicles to transport young people to school, appointments, and activities.
* Work collaboratively with your team, attend meetings and training, and follow safeguarding procedures at all times.
