* EVP Amplification: You will help to amplify our Employee Value Proposition (EVP), 'Room for You,' through compelling campaigns, collateral and engaging content that brings our culture, values, and career opportunities to life for current and future talent.
* Campaign Delivery: This is an end-to-end role. You will lead projects from concept to execution, ensuring brand consistency and maximum engagement, reporting on effectiveness.
* Content Creation: You will create authentic videos, imagery, blog articles and social media campaigns that showcase real colleague experiences across the globe.
* Social Media: Expand IHG Careers' presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok with targeted, creative campaigns.
* Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agency partners to deliver impactful employer brand projects and initiatives.
Experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or a related creative role.
* Strong writing and content creation skills with a keen eye for design.
* Confidence in managing campaigns from start to finish.
* A collaborative "can-do" mindset, creative drive, and the ability to shine in a global environment. Prior experience navigating and operating within a large organisation would be beneficial.
* Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud.
