Salary: £30,024 - £32,597 a year plus £963 essential car user allowance (Subject to Criteria)
Hours per week: 37

We’re excited to welcome a highly skilled professional to our team, someone who brings a deep understanding of administrative systems and processes, especially within income management or similar environments

In this role, you'll manage a range of tasks from offering complex technical advice to dealing with financial calculations and analysing performance data. Your days will involve collaborating with a diverse group of people, from customers to internal colleagues and external agencies.

You’ll be our representative at meetings, and your ability to build and maintain positive relationships will be crucial. Flexibility is key here—whether it's attending meetings or responding to emergencies, even outside of regular office hours, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring everything runs smoothly.

About you
You are an effective communicator, both in writing and verbally, and you know how to engage with a wide range of people. Your approach is always polite and non-judgmental, especially when supporting customers. You are the go-to person for offering realistic solutions to technical issues, and your ability to manage and prioritise a demanding workload is second to none. Your knowledge in housing legislation, income management, welfare reform, and supporting tenancies makes you a strong candidate for this position.

Ideally, you’re a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing or have equivalent qualifications or experience. Plus, you're committed to equality and equal opportunities, particularly within Housing Services.

Because of the nature of this job, it will be necessary for the appropriate level of criminal record disclosure to be undertaken.
