Position: Flexi Cleaning Validation Analyst
Location: Swindon, UK
Client: Pharmaceutical
Type: 12 months contract - full-time
Main Responsibilities
Perform swabbing of production equipment and conduct sample analysis
Support and carry out Cleaning Validation testing as required
Operate laboratory instruments including balances, pH meters, and HPLC systems
Work in both manufacturing and laboratory environments in compliance with GMP standards
Follow and accurately implement written procedures and validation protocols
Identify appropriate specifications and analytical methods for testing
Complete assigned tasks within agreed timelines under daily supervision
Maintain a high "Right First Time" performance standard
Ensure laboratory areas are maintained according to 5S principles
Maintain GMP compliance including documentation practices, logbooks, archiving, and Compliance Wire training
Print and manage controlled documentation in line with company procedures
Adhere to Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) standards, including Risk Assessments and COSHH requirements
Comply with corporate standards, site policies, and procedures
Main Requirements
Basic knowledge or experience in analytical laboratory techniques (e.g., HPLC, pH measurement, balances)
Understanding of GMP and GLP principles (pharmaceutical experience desirable)
Ability to accurately follow written instructions and standard operating procedures
Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance
Good organisational skills and ability to manage daily tasks effectively
Willingness to work in both laboratory and production environments
Understanding of controlled documentation systems is advantageous
Commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards
