The Role
As a Configuration Engineer, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will ensure configuration information is clear and concise throughout a projects full lifecycle.
Day-to-day, you’ll participate in the implementation and development of configuration management requirements and processes that satisfy contract and programme requirements.
1. Maintenance of supply chain CM requirements
2. Management of technical queries, change requests and concessions
3. Establish and maintain project configuration baselines
4. Contribute to design phase reviews
5. Support configuration audits for the project and supply chain
This role is full time, 37 hours per week and is remote with occasional travel to sites.
Experience required of the Configuration Engineer
6. Prior experience in configuration management
7. Experience of working on large scale projects
8. Have worked across a full project lifecycle
Qualifications for the Configuration Engineer
9. Degree qualified preferred
10. Member of the institute of process excellence (CM II) beneficial
Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) / Security Check (SC) / Counter Terrorist Check (CTC) security clearance for this role. Further details are available at
