We're looking for an experienced Inside B2B Sales Representative to join a successful family-run business in Glasgow. In this role, you'll put your sales expertise to work, driving lead generation, building strong client relationships and playing a key part in the company's growth.

Responsibilities in your new role as Inside B2B Sales Representative

As an B2B Inside Sales Representative, you will engage in business-to-business sales, building lasting relationships with clients. You will be responsible for creating your own lead generation. You will work closely with Marketing to develop email lists and send targeted emails to nurture leads and promote products. You will be essential in helping the team meet and exceed KPIs, ensuring that we deliver top-quality service and solutions to valued customers.

Your personality, experience and qualifications

We're looking for a experienced B2B sales professional who's confident in building relationships and closing deals. Experience in wholesale or electrical industries would be a bonus, but what really matters is your proven track record in sales and your ambition to succeed.

You'll be confident using HubSpot and CRM systems, and ideally familiar with ERP platforms like CIM7 (or similar). This is a full 360 sales role, building relationships with new clients but also maintaining long-term partnerships with existing ones, perfect for someone who wants to make an impact, grow with the business and step up into a future management position.
