Job Description
Ashton Recruitment is seeking a Complementary Therapy Programme Co-ordinator for our client, Relatives for Justice. This permanent position is funded by Victims & Survivors Services and offers a salary of £26,692 per annum for a 30-hour workweek.
The role involves coordinating and delivering a range of complementary therapies across RFJs support centres and online, aimed at victims and survivors of conflict. The programme promotes healthy lifestyle choices and coping mechanisms. Responsibilities include:
* Coordinating Complementary Therapy Services for RFJ members
* Procurement and supervision of therapists delivering therapies
* Maintaining governance, data protection, and safe environments
* Developing policies for face-to-face and online clinics
* Managing data systems like MYMOPS and Salesforce
* Developing referral systems and liaising with staff
* Providing reports and monitoring compliance
* Producing informational materials and maintaining records
* Performing additional duties as required
Essential Criteria
1. Relevant qualification in complementary therapy with at least 3 years of service delivery experience
2. At least 2 years of project management experience in a community setting
3. Understanding of the legacy of conflict in Ireland and transitional justice models
4. Knowledge of trauma's somatic impacts and holistic support models
5. Experience in research, report writing, and evaluation
6. Proficiency with CRM systems like MYMOP, CORE
7. Knowledge of NGO governance and best practices in therapeutic settings
8. Understanding of conflict-related gender harms and gender-sensitive approaches
9. Continued Professional Development (CPD) in trauma
10. Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills
11. Valid driver’s license or ability to travel
