Sales Workshop Advisor
Part Time | Term Time Only | Corby, Northamptonshire
£13 per hour + Uncapped Commission
We are looking for a confident, organised and proactive Sales Workshop Advisor to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking to people, thrives on staying organised and takes real pride in delivering excellent customer service. It would suit someone looking to work around school hours but who wants to build something meaningful and earn commission for strong performance.
You'll be working with schools across the UK, guiding them to the right workshop, managing hot enquiries and converting interest into confirmed bookings.

Primary Workshops for Schools delivers high-quality, curriculum-linked workshops to primary, secondary and special schools across the UK. We organise and coordinate a wide range of engaging workshop experiences including African Drumming, Dance, Circus Skills, Animal Encounters, Birds of Prey and more. Schools book us to enhance learning, celebrate key events and create memorable educational experiences for their children.
We manage everything from initial enquiry through to booking confirmation and facilitator coordination. Schools rely on us to provide professional communication, smooth organisation and excellent delivery.

The Role
* Conducting consultation-style calls with schools understanding their wants and needs
* Responding to enquiries quickly and professionally and securing bookings via email and the telephone
* Proactively following up hot leads
* Managing and organising your own sales pipeline
* Answering incoming calls professionally
* Building strong relationships with school staff
* Working closely within a small, high-performing team
This is a consultative sales role. It does require confidence, enthusiasm and strong organisation.

* Comfortable and confident on the phone
* Highly organised and self-motivated
* Able to manage multiple enquiries at once
* Able to manage your own workload independently
* Someone who enjoys responsibility, takes pride in their work and likes seeing enquiries through to a successful outcome.
* Previous sales or telesales essential
The Details
* Up to 25 hours per week
* Term time only (Northamptonshire school holidays off)
* Must be available weekday afternoons (approx. 1pm–4pm)
* Office based
* £13 per hour
* Uncapped commission once target is reached
