Job Description:
A global business and technology transformation partner is looking to hire a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist to join their brand new team.
WARNING: Candidates who require company support to legally live and work in the UK cannot be considered for this role.
To be successfully appointed, the candidate must obtain Security Check (SC) clearance. To obtain SC clearance, the applicant must have resided continuously within the UK for the last 5 years.
Responsibilities:
* Technical Development: Design and develop solutions for ServiceNow workflow applications, including:
o Customer Experience Workflow Applications - Customer Service Management (CSM), Field Service Management, Customer Service Portal
o Technology Experience Workflow Applications - IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Asset Management (ITAM)
o Employee Experience Workflow Applications - HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Employee Onboarding and Transitions, Workplace Service Delivery
* User Experience: Utilize ServiceNow's Experience Layer components to build modern, intuitive user interfaces.
* Configure and enhance the Next Experience UI for tailored interactions.
* Use UI Builder and Service Portal to deliver role-based dashboards and custom workflows.
* Integration and Data Management: Integrate ServiceNow with external systems (e.g., CRMs, HR systems) using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
* Manage data migration and ensure data integrity across systems.
Experience required:
* Proven experience with the ServiceNow platform, focusing on Customer, Technology, and Employee Experience workflows.
* Deep understanding of customer journey and employee lifecycle touchpoints.
* Expertise in integrating ServiceNow with external systems.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* Analytical problem-solving skills.
This role is remote/flexible UK-wide, with occasional office visits.
Hiring process: Two steps
Salary: Up to £75,000 annually DOE
Full-time direct hire (B2B contracts not available).
