Responsibilities

* Own the end-to-end delivery of payroll across several international regions.

* Partner with People, Finance, and external payroll providers to ensure accuracy.
* Review payroll outputs, resolve discrepancies, and deliver timely reporting.
* Drive continuous improvement across payroll and benefits operations.
About You
To thrive as the Payroll Lead, you bring:
1. 2+ years' experience in payroll, finance, or people operations.
2. Strong Excel capability (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
3. Experience managing payroll data and working with external providers.
