What you'll be doing:
* Working a range of building surveying duties across sectors like retail, education, energy, healthcare, and local authority.
* Managing client relationships while navigating technical and legal challenges.
* Using JCT and NEC contracts like a pro.
* Leading surveys, inspections, schedules, and regional schemes.
* Mentoring junior surveyors and supporting senior managers.
* Keeping quality, safety, and environmental standards front and centre.
What you bring to the table:
* A degree in Building Surveying (RICS accredited).
* Solid technical know-how and hands-on experience.
* Confidence managing clients and a sharp eye for commercial detail.
* Strong writing skills-specs, feasibility studies, asset reviews, you name it.
* A full grip on Health & Safety and compliance.
* Great time management and a genuine commitment to getting the job done.
* A positive attitude, a team-first mindset, and a willingness to keep learning.
