Role:Joining our Tela IT MSP division, this role is suited to a current Business Development Manager who has, or is currently working in the technical MSP space. This role is 90% new business (with a Midlands focus), 10% account management, which will naturally change as you grow your customer base. Duties include:Introduce new customers to Tela Technology through new business self-generation and networking,Cross selling via Tela’s existing customer base, working closely with the account management team,Proposing the right solution to best fit a potential customer’s needs, working closely with the technical team as needed,Preparing and delivering quotations & proposals,Providing exceptional account management through regular contact and performance reviews Person SpecificationThis role requires the candidate to have current experience in selling IT Support services to end customers (B2B). The successful candidate will be a motivated and driven self-starter, who works well as part of a team and who shares Tela's values of delivering an exceptional customer experience.A drivers’ license is essential. Work LocationThis is a hybrid role, where the successful candidate will be required to commute to Head Office (Solihull) 2-3 days per week.
