About the Role
Reporting into the Training Systems & Quality Assurance Manager, the successful Training Coordinatorwill be responsible for coordinating training and business education requests in line with HR policies, service-level agreements and timetables to maximise utilisation.You will also be supporting the competence team with new initiatives and develop and maintain effective relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
What you'll be doing
In this role, you as the successful Training Coordinatorwill be carrying out the following duties and responsibilities (not exhaustive)
* Maintaining course information i.e. preferred vendors and course costs
* Liaising with suppliers and scheduling training dates to meet ongoing business demands
* Organising internal & external resources as appropriate
* Identifying employees who are needing refresher training and liaising with training managers to authorise
* Contacting line managers to allocate employees onto available events
* Ensuring employee training records are maintained in accordance with compliance standards
* Raising POs and goods receipting in line with SLAs and closing out events in their entirety
**Please note that this is a fixed-term contract until December 2026**
