What We’re Looking For
* Proven 360 recruitment and sales experience
* Strong business development and client management capability
* Winning new business and developing strategic accounts
* Commercial mindset with strong market awareness
* Driving consistent revenue growth and market expansion
* Building long-term client partnerships
* Managing end-to-end recruitment processes
* Resilient, proactive, and highly motivated approach
* Experience working in UK, Europe or US recruitment highly-desirable
* Technology contract or perm preferred, open to other areas of expertise
