Guiding them towards successfully achieving our Business Plan targets for Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), LOLER defects, and call-outs within our branch's designated area. You'll have the opportunity to shape and inspire your team. Ensuring that they consistently deliver exceptional service that aligns with our company values and Health and Safety standards.
This job is a great opportunity for a Lift Engineer looking to progress into a management role. The successful candidate will be based from our Brackley Service Branch, however, travel across Oxford, Reading and Luton is to be expected therefore a full UK driving licence is essential.
