The ideal candidate will have experience managing high-end 4-star hotels with popular spa facilities. Preferred Requirements
* Proven experience as a General Manager in a 4-star hotel and spa environment
* Strong skills in managing P&L and ensuring health and safety compliance
* Ability to lead and motivate a large team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
* Track record of driving financial results and KPIs
* Passion for hospitality and a commitment to guest satisfaction
Preferred Qualifications
* Relevant hospitality management qualifications or equivalent experience
* Strong commercial acumen and strategic decision-making abilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with guests and staff
